For e-commerce participants, we provide access to identification information in a clear, direct and stable way, as required by Про електронну комерцію | від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII, Стаття 7. Правовий статус продавця (виконавця, постачальника) товарів, робіт, послуг в електронній комерції.

2. Information about tours and consumer rights

We will present relevant pre-contract information about the offered tour services (including essential characteristics and the provider’s details). This is to ensure consumer access to information prior to entering a contract.

This notice reflects that a consumer has the right to information about services and related rights, as set out in Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, Стаття 13. Право споживача на інформацію про продукцію, Стаття 17. Право споживача на інформацію у разі укладення договору поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням або дистанційного договору, Стаття 5. 3. Tour request, availability, and confirmation

Your submission of a tour request does not automatically guarantee a booking. Tour availability depends on dates, capacity, and final confirmation by the provider. If we confirm your request, the contract terms are agreed with the consumer for the selected services.

We may contact you using the contact details you provide to confirm availability, clarify details, and finalize the booking.

4. Booking conditions

Booking is subject to the final confirmation of availability and agreement of the applicable booking conditions. Any changes to the itinerary, dates, or service scope are communicated to the consumer in advance where feasible and are subject to mutual agreement.

5. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, objectstorelab.com is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes delays or disruptions caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or events outside the scope of the provided services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.

6. Dispute resolution and consumer redress

If you have a dispute related to tour services, you may contact us using the contact information below. We aim to resolve disagreements amicably.

You may also use consumer dispute/redress mechanisms provided by Ukrainian law. The consumer’s rights to information and to exercise remedies are reflected by Про захист прав споживачів | від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX (including Стаття 13, Стаття 17, and Стаття 5).

7. Personal data and privacy notice

If the landing page collects personal data (for example, name, email, and phone, or booking inquiries), we process such data lawfully with a valid legal basis and in line with the purposes described in our privacy notice.
